Maximize 48 hours in Cappadocia — sunrise balloon, Goreme Open Air Museum, underground city and sunset viewpoint.

Pre-dawn balloon flight, late breakfast, Goreme Open Air Museum and sunset at a valley viewpoint.
Day 1: Balloon and Goreme
Pre-dawn balloon — book two mornings if possible. Post-flight breakfast at cave hotel, then Goreme Open Air Museum with guide. Afternoon Red or Rose Valley hike for sunset. Dinner in Avanos pottery town.
Day 2: Underground city and depart
