Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Istanbul, Asian side
Arrival transfer and Kadıköy. The first meal teaches the difference between a market lokanta and a view restaurant. Hotel on the European side only if you prefer the Bosphorus at night; the guide still starts you in Kadıköy.
Day 2
Istanbul, historic peninsula
Spice Bazaar, Eminönü, coffee, and a clear spice lesson. Optional short Hagia Sophia entry if you refuse to skip it; we cut a tasting rather than rushing both.
Day 3
Meze, then fly toward Izmir
Late breakfast and a meze lunch, then the domestic flight. Izmir hotel on the Kordon so the next morning’s boyoz is walking distance.
Day 4
Izmir Aegean table
Boyoz at the hour it is meant to be eaten, then olive-oil vegetables and a small fish or cheese stop. Ephesus can take the afternoon only if the group accepts a shorter lunch.
Day 5
Fly to Cappadocia
Travel day with a real dinner, not a third city squeezed in. Cave hotel. Sunset if the flight lands in time. We handle domestic flight check-in and cappadocia airport transfers. Luggage is stored securely between checkout and departure.
Day 6
Cappadocia kitchen
Testi kebab, mantı, Avanos clay, and Emir or a non-alcohol glass. This is the food day. Balloon, if you add it, needs its own dawn and a quieter afternoon.
Day 7
Departure
Breakfast at the cave hotel and a private airport transfer. International connections via Istanbul are timed with a buffer, not a hidden city tour.

Package overview
A week of private kitchens: Istanbul’s two continents, Izmir’s olive-oil table, and Cappadocia’s clay pot. Monuments only where they serve the route. This private itinerary covers istanbul, izmir, cappadocia with licensed guides in each city, boutique or mid-range hotels (upgrades available), and domestic flights where the route requires them. Turkey Travel Agency coordinates every transfer so you do not lose days to logistics — unlike DIY booking across Turkish carriers and regional drivers.
Why travelers book this route
The 7 days format balances Istanbul markets and meze, Izmir boyoz and olive oil, Cappadocia testi kebab without rushing. First-time visitors to Turkey often choose this template because it hits UNESCO sites, iconic landscapes and at least one coast or bazaar experience. Every departure is customized — add nights in Bodrum, swap Pamukkale for Antalya, or extend balloon flights in Cappadocia on request.
Day-by-day flow
Your confirmed itinerary follows this structure: Day 1: Istanbul, Asian side; Day 2: Istanbul, historic peninsula; Day 3: Meze, then fly toward Izmir; Day 4: Izmir Aegean table; Day 5: Fly to Cappadocia; Day 6: Cappadocia kitchen; Day 7: Departure. Each day includes private guiding and vehicle; domestic flights are arranged when cities are far apart. We send hotel names, flight times and guide contacts before you leave home. WhatsApp support answers last-minute questions in your timezone when possible.
Inclusions and how to customize
Typical inclusions: private licensed guides, AC vehicle, hotels as quoted, domestic flights on multi-city routes, and entrance fees where listed. Exclusions usually cover international flights, insurance, most lunches and personal expenses. Request changes when you quote — honeymoon upgrades, halal dining, accessible pacing and family rooms are standard requests we handle weekly.
Three kitchens, one week
Istanbul is the market and the spice shop. Izmir is olive oil and boyoz. Cappadocia is the clay pot. The week is sequenced so you are not eating the same grill in three airports.
